Elections (plural) where there is more than one set or type of election. If you are referring to one type only, then use the singular:

Correct: February’s general elections ... 

Incorrect: February’s general election ... 

Correct: February’s presidential election ... 

Incorrect: February’s presidential elections ...

The same goes for ‘poll/polls’ and other synonyms.
