Instagram

With Creator Studio you can schedule picture posts and videos. 

Open

Make sure that the box is checked for the appropriate page in order not to post something elsewhere and to see the scheduled posts for the needed page only. To schedule a post, click Create Post.

1.1. Posting to Instagram feed from Creator Studio.

Choose Instagram feed:

1.1.1. Type your text and hashtags, add location. You can use some emojis - it will make the text more emotional and noticeable.

1.1.2. Upload a picture (click add content to do it):

1.1.3. You can also crosspost your publication to Facebook:

And you can tag people (when you post to Instagram only and not crosspost to Facebook) on the photo (great idea for nice posts about celebs).

1.1.4. You can publish the post immediately by clicking publish or schedule it by clicking the arrow:

Then choose the date and time and press schedule:

1.2. Posting IG Video to Instagram from Creator Studio.

Choose IG Video:

The video for IG video should be:

• More than 1 minute and less than 60 minutes long

• Minimum 720 resolution

• Max size of the video less than 10 mins - 650 mb: for videos up to 60 mins - up to 3,6 gb.

• A high-quality preview picture is a must!

1. Upload a file from a computer

2. Choose the title of the video

3. Add description

It should be 9 x 16 (vertical) ratio.

P.S. You can also share the preview to stories, but you should do it from the Instagram app directly.

Facebook

2.1. Scheduling posts using Creator studio

Choose what you need to publish: photo post, video or multiple videos. If you need to publish video to several Facebook pages then choose “post video across the pages” (please note that photo posts can't be crossposted to several FB pages). If you need to publish a video or any other post to just one page, you’ll need to choose it first from the list of the pages you have access to.

Make sure that the post is public and available for everyone.

Then upload the media, write your text and schedule the post (the algorithm is similar as for Instagram and IG Videos)

2.2. How to see all recent picture/linked or video posts on the page?

Go to Published section and choose the post type you need. You can filter posts by date range and see who published them.

2.3. How to see scheduled posts?

You can find scheduled posts in pre-published section. You can choose all posts or photo/links/videos only.
