Use without italics or quote marks. Each word of the title should be capped, except conjunctions, articles, particles and short prepositions, unless these are the first word. 

However, since there is much variation in which minor words are capped, make an effort to follow the original style of capitalisation of the book/song/film etc. title, if it is possible to ascertain (eg by googling it).

Correct: Romeo and Juliet
Incorrect: Romeo And Juliet, Romeo and Juliet, "Romeo and Juliet", 'Romeo and Juliet'
Correct: The Unbearable Lightness of Being, I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor
