SMM Debunked

To debunk something is to expose it as false, especially something exaggerated or pretentious, eg: 'The writer debunked the myths that had grown up about the actress's life'.

It does not mean to deny an allegation:

Incorrect: The governor debunked the claim that the PDP was involved in the election postponement.

Use 'dismissed','denied' or 'rejected'.
