Fiverr Business and Some Legal Tips

In Fiverr Business you can place orders for each project separately, while all intellectual property right will accumulate around one business account. Inside our business account we can also see how many each project has made and how much spent. Cool.
So far the projects: Cuddle Buddies, Rumour Juice, Mr About, Briefly and Sports Brief.
Inside each project you can invite people who will place orders and keep in touch with the freelancers. It’s a good idea to give yourself that access, so that you don’t have to login to the main account. More on access and orders this here.
For placing an order everything works as for the private account: you contact the freelancer, ask for the quote, etc. When you’ll get to confirmation stage, you’ll just have ti select the project it’s for.
When finalising the order it is important to state the use case. If it’s a video, specify in the order that it will be used for commercial purposes and might be used on various platforms.
Time for some legal advice.
If you’re working with one freelancer on a constant basis, it is better to sign an agreement with them for the transfer of IP to our company. It does not mean that your communication will be outside of Fiverr, it just gives us more protection in worst case scenarios.
