File Organization:

  • Verify that all video, audio, and graphic files have been received from the cameraman.

  • Create a main folder in your computer or Google Drive for the project and name it according to the content or date.

  • Create subfolders for different types of files: video, audio, graphics, textual information, etc.

  • Label folders and files according to their content, e.g., "Video_Main," "Audio_Soundtracks," "Graphics_Screenshots."

Video Editing:

  • Select and trim excess frames and material. Make sure that you don’t have blank spaces between files.

  • Change frames every 10-30 sec to achieve dynamism.

  • Adjust audio balance and apply sound processing.

  • Perform color correction to enhance video quality.

  • Ensure that all transitions, text, and graphic effects are according to the brand style.

  • Add graphic elements and overlays:

  • Names and titles of the guests and the host, including their name, title, or any other relevant information if necessary.

  • Add a graphic overlay encouraging viewers to subscribe to the channel (three times in the video: at the beginning, middle, and end).

  • If needed, add a graphic overlay with contact information, such as phone number or email.

  • Add logo.

Before rendering:

  • Double-check all text and graphics elements to avoid typos.

  • Check the sound levels: noone should be too quiet or too loud.

  • Check the frames where you had zoom to avoid black lines on the edges.

  • Ensure that we don’t have any blank spaces between video elements, so we don’t have empty parts of the video.

  • Ensure that all necessary graphic elements are included and animated.

  • Review the video's intro (up to 20 seconds) to ensure it meets requirements (quick cuts, dynamic editing, more reactions than dialogue).

  • Check for any prohibited content in inserts or recorded footage to avoid channel strikes.
