Gmail
We use corporate support email accounts: edu.contact@corp.legit.ng and edu.contact@tuko.co.ke.
To get access to the Gmail accounts, contact the Project Manager.
Logging in
You’ll receive the credentials from the Project Manager. Once you log in, Google will ask you for a confirmation code. It can be sent via Nina’s or Esther’s phone, so you need to contact them to get access.
In case we have more than 1 Support Representative, we’ll add more phone verification options.
Signature
The signature is automated and can be changed (turn-on, turn-off, choose another signature). For now, it’s under Esther’s name. In case we have more than 1 Support Representative, we’ll add more signature options.
Turn Gmail notifications on
To be aware of the incoming messages, turn on the desktop notifications.
On your computer, open Gmail.
In the top right, click Settings. See all settings.
Scroll down to the "Desktop notifications" section.
Select New mail notifications on.
At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.
