Photo strategy
Facebook is going to let people take more control over the images they own and where they end up. In an update to its rights management platform, the company will give some pages the power to claim ownership over images and then moderate where those images show up across the Facebook platform, including on Instagram.
Publishing photos without permission can result in strikes or monetization being disabled.

Make sure to choose the following options:
Arrange agreements with local photographers
Communicate with the celebs and photographers. Try to get written permission to publish their photos on social media.
If the celeb doesn’t reply for a week or two - connect with their manager via email. Be persistent.
If the celeb refuses to collaborate with us - this is a good sign for us. At least we know whose photos to avoid.
We are setting high standards for all Sub-Saharan media. This is just one more step in leading the way.
